Responsibilities
- Lead, build and grow a team of internal and external members for Ada APAC Project Controls team.
- Set clear expectations to Delivery team how schedule, risk, control, safety and quality to be measured reported.
- Inspect and audit all Ada APAC delivery projects and report potential business impacting issues to Head of Ada APAC.
- Be eyes and years of Head of Ada APAC.
- Own the APAC integrated project controls plan per project (WBS, coding, baseline schedule, cost baseline, progress rules, reporting calendar) from development handoff through execution.
- Partner with Development to build underwriting-to-execution continuity: convert business case assumptions into controllable baselines and measurable KPIs.
- Define, publish, and maintain global cost targets and schedule benchmarks to enable consistent portfolio decisions.
- Liaise with global project control lead and regionalize core/global requirements to local requirements.
- Govern definitions, data quality expectations, and reporting cadence; own the core configuration standards for Procore, P6, and designated SharePoint sites that enable consistent rollups.
- Define additional leading and lagging indicators and reflect in dashboards focused on early signals and convert telemetry into executive-ready business intelligence that drives timely decisions/escalations.
- Deploy change control governance for cost/schedule impacts and risk management platforms through systems of record.
- Stand up a practical lessons-learned loop to tie them to updates in product, kit of parts, requirements, standards, templates, and training.
- Serve as the regional lead for the Program Controls Center of Excellence, defining its cadence, driving decisions, establishing the initiative roadmap, and adoption metrics.
- Lead tracking major risks of projects by utilizing global standard method.
- Lead monthly forecasting and variance narratives (cost, schedule, risk, change) and drive corrective actions with Delivery/Development leads.
- Run schedule quality reviews (logic, critical path, constraints), enforce baseline integrity, and drive recovery planning when thresholds are exceeded.
Requirements
- 10+ years in program/project controls for large capital or data center /mission critical programs.
- 5-8 years leading teams, including external partners and distributed groups.
- Deep experience in cost modeling, scheduling, benchmarking, risk and change control.
- Ability to manage team members with different disciplines.
- Must have performance management experience.
- Proven ability to build enterprise reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data governance.
- Strong knowledge of WBS structures, cost frameworks, baselines, and forecasting.
- Experience driving lessons‑learned, standards development, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to convert complex cost/schedule/risk data into executive-ready insights.
- Self-starter with ability to work with ambiguities.
- Solid understanding in risk management program.
- Strong presentation skill.
- Experience working with global or multi‑region development programs.
- Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management.

- The function owns the telemetry and reporting layer (definitions, data quality, cadence) and the core tool configurations that enable it (Procore, P6, designated SharePoint sites).
- It also owns lightweight risk and change governance (risk standards, escalation paths, change control, baseline integrity) and contributes our regional lessons-learned feedback loop that converts project outcomes into improved core requirements, product development and standards/guidelines.
