About the Role
The Associate Director, Hematology Marketing will plan and execute the commercial launch of Ravulizumab for HSCT-TMA, collaborating closely with global marketing teams and other functions to achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead new product launches through commercial assessment, launch plan development, and launch team establishment/management.
- Develop and manage the Japan HSCT-TMA brand plan, including strategic and tactical components, for endorsement by leaders.
- Manage financial planning for the designated indication, including sales forecasting and OPEX.
- Plan and execute assigned marketing tactics, such as promotional materials and digital content.
- Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and cultivate productive working relationships for marketing programs.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance indicators to optimize marketing strategy and tactics.
- Define performance indicators, evaluate ongoing performance and brand health, and understand market dynamics.
- Collaborate with Sales for the rollout of marketing tactics and gather field/customer insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical business.
- Strategic thinking, including analytical, problem-solving, planning, management, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing from strategic and operational perspectives.
- Experience in sales and/or other direct customer-facing roles.
- Well-developed communication skills with global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and mobilize the field sales organization.
- Ability to translate patient needs and scientific data into commercial strategy.
- Ability to guide market research projects for commercial decisions.
- Ability to collaborate broadly and cross-functionally.
- Intellectual curiosity and growth mindset.
- Comfort with change and ambiguity.
- Strong engagement, communication, and relational skills.

- Fluency in Japanese.
