About the Role
The Senior Recruiter will support hiring efforts across the APAC region, focusing on Engineering roles from early career to leadership. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment while leveraging AI and emerging technologies to innovate talent acquisition processes and build scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand team requirements and role functions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
- Experiment with and build AI-powered solutions such as agents and automation workflows
- Use low-code/no-code tools to prototype and deploy recruiting tools
- Adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation in talent acquisition
- Bridge the gap between Talent Acquisition and technology by creating scalable solutions
- Influence business leaders and educate Hiring Managers on interview best practices
- Maintain accurate tracking in the ATS and provide regular status updates
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Implement recruiting programs to attract top talent
- Represent the company mission and culture with integrity
- Maintain data integrity and utilize a data-driven approach to recruiting
Requirements
- 6+ years of in-house experience recruiting for Engineering roles
- Track record of building relationships and influencing Hiring Managers
- Deep knowledge of the tech talent landscape across APAC
- Proven success in engaging and closing passive candidates
- Ability to think creatively and build scalable talent pipelines
- Strong curiosity for building with AI tools and automation platforms
- Hands-on experience or interest in low-code/no-code or lightweight coding
- Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and iterating
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
