About the Role

The Implementation Engineer will be part of the Professional Services team, focusing on client integrations and providing technical assistance to Project Managers for launching new clients and managing the existing client base. This role involves close collaboration with Customer Success and other internal teams to support live client activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a system settings expert for Account Managers, Projects, Integrations, and OPS teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide resolutions.
• Assist leadership in driving project delivery, identifying, and addressing technical risks and issues.
• Independently manage activities end-to-end, including fostering cooperation and escalating when necessary.
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL table design and configuration to meet business and code requirements.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for testing table configurations and system performance.
• Ability to translate business requirements and rules into correct and efficient databases.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging issues using logs, errors, and database configurations.
• Experience working with APIs and JSON payloads.
• Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Possess a technical background or orientation, such as coding skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Ambitious and highly motivated self-learner.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an Agile environment is a bonus.
