About the Role
Leads and develops a team of clinical experts, providing coaching, performance direction, and mentorship to ensure delivery of market-leading Ultrasound solutions, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals. Guides employees to achieve goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations, fostering a culture of impact with care. Develops advanced training modules and educational materials to enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users, delivering impactful training sessions, technical support, and educational resources.
- Documents meticulously and provides detailed reporting on application implementations.
- Adapts clinical applications to meet diverse customer specifications and operational complexities.
- Ensures strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols throughout all post-sales stages of application deployment.
- Analyzes complex clinical workflows and operational procedures, conducting post-sales assessments to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancing application effectiveness.
- Applies advanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise to provide authoritative guidance and support.
- Cultivates strategic alliances and fosters collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, specialists, and key stakeholders.
- Evaluates continuously and optimizes clinical applications based on user feedback, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks.
- Consults strategically with healthcare providers and organizational leaders to streamline workflows and maximize application efficacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or clinical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent.
- Strong presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare market, clinical environments, and medical workflows.
- Ability to work independently as a high-performing individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering value and building trusted relationships.
- Adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environments.
- High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse clinical teams and stakeholders.
