About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level Content Creator skilled in social media, cultural trends, and hands-on content production. This role involves bringing ideas from concept through to final delivery, creating platform-native content for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. You will collaborate with strategists, influencer specialists, and account teams to produce creative and culturally relevant work, balancing always-on content with reactive, trend-led moments across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

  • Own content creation end-to-end — from ideation and planning through to shooting, editing and delivery
  • Create high-quality, platform-native social content across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and emerging channels
  • Review content calendars, performance and trends daily to identify optimisation and reactive opportunities
  • Shoot content across studio, on-location and mobile-first environments
  • Edit and refine video content using advanced techniques, ensuring a strong balance of pace and craft
  • Contribute fresh, culturally relevant ideas that tap into trends and platform behaviours
  • Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs and bring them to life creatively
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope
  • Maintain equipment and explore new tools, formats and ways of working to elevate output
  • Help lift the overall standard, visual ambition and performance of social content across the business

Requirements

  • Experience in a content creator / shooter-editor role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced multi-client environment
  • Strong end-to-end production skills — confident filming, directing and editing social-first content
  • Advanced video editing capabilities, with knowledge of sound, light mixing and post-production workflows
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, formats and trends, and how to create content that feels native to each
  • Proven ability to manage multiple briefs and adapt your style across different brands and audiences
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and mobile content creation
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset — comfortable experimenting, problem-solving and getting stuck in
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for detail, pacing and storytelling
  • Collaborative approach, with the confidence to share ideas and contribute to creative direction
  • Motion graphics, influencer or paid social experience, and familiarity with AI tools in content creation are nice to have
