About the Role
Schneider Electric is seeking driven graduates for its 2-year Graduate Program (Technical) designed to foster learning, growth, and impact. The program combines foundational learning with stretch assignments, exposing participants to cutting-edge technologies and collaborative work environments, with the goal of shaping a more sustainable and digital future.

Requirements
- Recent graduate or in final year of study
- Studying Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic) or a related discipline
- Passionate about digitalization, sustainability, and innovation
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- A strong problem solver with great communication skills
- Interested in emerging technologies (data, automation, digital solutions)
- Aligned with Schneider Electric’s IMPACT Values
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian PR, or hold Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) with at least 2 years validity remaining at the time of application
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Must submit an online application to be considered for any position
