About the Role

We are seeking a highly efficient Driver Training Administrator with great attention to detail to support the Training Project Coordinator during an intensive project. This is a 4-month fixed-term contract role. The role is responsible for providing administrative and customer support to training/assessment staff and clients by ensuring organized document control and data entry, responding to training enquiries, taking bookings via phone/email, and maintaining the database for promotional material distribution.

Responsibilities

Promote and upsell CCT products and services when booking courses.
Liaise with trainers regarding bookings, create and send training notification letters, and notify trainers of confirmed participant numbers.
Distribute certificates of completion to trainees.
Maintain the sales referrals table for timely commission payments.
Follow up on outstanding sales leads and issue daily progress reports to the State Manager.
Answer all inbound calls professionally and timely, taking detailed messages and responding as required.

Requirements

Proficient Microsoft Office skills (essential)
Student Management System experience (advantageous)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service
Industry experience
