About the Role

This role is for a Reservations Agent at the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi, the first Pullman brand hotel in Japan, which opened in October 2018. Pullman is a high-class hotel brand by Accor, known for its innovative and sophisticated design, blending business convenience with leisure comfort. The hotel features 143 rooms, a restaurant, an open sky bar, an executive lounge, a fitness center, and banquet facilities.

Responsibilities

Handle reservations via phone and email.
Manage group reservations.
Provide operational support.
Respond to guest inquiries.
Perform PBX duties.
Provide guest support in case of emergencies.

Requirements

No experience necessary; experienced individuals are preferred (including hotel experience).
Business-level English and Japanese language proficiency.
Must possess a compassionate attitude.
Ability to adapt flexibly.
Ability to collaborate with team members.
Must be able to work shifts.
Ability to work under pressure.
Foreign nationals must possess a valid work visa for Japan.

JPY 2,760,000 - JPY 3,120,000 (Annualized from monthly salary of JPY 230,000 - JPY 260,000)
