About the Role

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare, and sleep services, specializing in respiratory diseases and sleep diagnostics. This role focuses on processing incoming payments, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely debt collection.

Responsibilities

  • Process high volume deposit receipts and apply payments to invoices.
  • Assist with daily bank reconciliations.
  • Manage customer accounts by monitoring outstanding amounts and taking appropriate action to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers.
  • Provide support to other members of the collections team as needed.
  • Perform data entry and account maintenance in the Great Plains system.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies.
  • Comply with Company’s priorities and policies in terms of debt collection.
  • Comply at all times with all policies and regulations applicable to the role.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years accounts receivable/banking reconciliation with high business to customer volume is desirable.
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and helping resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Excellent phone manner.
