About the Role
This role focuses on managing the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage senior executive members' calendars and oversee timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.
- Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the senior executive, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as expenses, filing systems, office supplies, annual leave records, distribution lists, and organization management.
- Facilitate senior executive members' meetings.
Requirements

- Possess in-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
- Have a thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.
