About the Role

This role focuses on managing the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage senior executive members' calendars and oversee timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the senior executive, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as expenses, filing systems, office supplies, annual leave records, distribution lists, and organization management.
  • Facilitate senior executive members' meetings.

Requirements

  • Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
  • Possess in-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise.

  • Demonstrate understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organization's sub-function.
