About the Role
This is a creative, execution-focused role within the editorial team, supporting ambassador content, organic social media, and daily content planning. You will be responsible for bringing ambassador content to life, managing the organic content calendar, and collaborating with teams to create engaging content for the target audience and channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the ambassador brief and script workflow, including drafting briefs and scripts, coordinating reviews, and managing revision rounds.
- Manage talent communications and help keep content production moving against the calendar.
- Review incoming content for quality, compliance, and channel fit.
- Plan and create community and organic content calendars in line with editorial priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on monthly content needs.
- Research trends, formats, hashtags, and audio on TikTok and Instagram relevant to Juniper’s audience.
- Create organic content using ambassador content, community insights, and broader educational research on women’s health.
- Help shape the tone of voice across organic social channels and schedule content across TikTok.
Requirements
- Strong writer with sharp editorial instincts, capable of drafting clear, engaging, and on-brand scripts, social copy, and content briefs.
- Social-native with a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including what works on each platform and how to tailor content for the audience.
- Versatile and hands-on, comfortable with writing, planning, editing, talent communications, and content coordination.
- Confident in content creation and editing using tools like CapCut.
- Curious and eager to learn across writing, social media, scripting, and publishing.
- Early in career with relevant experience in journalism, content, publishing, copywriting, or social media.
