Requirements
- Recent graduate or in final year of study
- Studying Marketing, Business, Commerce, Computer Science or Data Analytics or Technology, HR, Finance, Accounting and related disciplines
- Passionate about digitalization, sustainability, and innovation
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Strong problem solver with great communication skills
- Interested in emerging technologies (data, automation, digital solutions)
- Aligned with Schneider Electric’s IMPACT Values
- Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian PR, or hold Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) with at least 2 years validity remaining
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines in 2024, 2025, or 2026
