About the Role
The Fraud Risk Manager is a key member of the Risk Management team focusing on the development and implementation of robust fraud prevention for the Made credit card. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in the field of credit card fraud prevention, ensuring the security and integrity of our services while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong KYC program for origination, including KYC and Sanctions screening.
- Build and maintain controls for account management to protect customer accounts and minimize return risk.
- Maintain a strong fraud authorizations playbook to minimize point of sale fraud losses.
- Constantly evaluate capabilities against emerging threats and upgrade the tech stack.
- Review and adjudicate escalations, including KYC reviews and authorization case management.
- Establish KPIs and use data to develop reporting capabilities.
- Take accountability for fraud loss metrics.
- Prepare case studies, present findings to the Executive Team, and incorporate learnings.
- Adopt and implement a test-and-control system to quantify the benefits of new tools and strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fraud prevention in financial services required.
- Strong technical acumen: ability to pull data, analyze, create KPIs, and create reporting tools.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Compensations
- $100,000–$110,000
