About the Role
Soar is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define, build, and scale an agentic-first real estate platform. This role involves creating a new product category, moving beyond optimizing existing roadmaps to fundamentally reinventing how real estate transactions are conducted using AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an agentic-first real estate platform.
- Take products from concept to launch and scale.
- Define the initial product offering and iterate based on rapid learning.
- Recruit, lead, and grow a product, design, and product-engineering team and culture.
- Work hands-on with frontier AI models, agent frameworks, and emerging tooling.
- Run experiments with new technologies.
- Make bold, calculated bets with incomplete information and own the outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership to align the company on product strategy.
- Engage with users (agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, investors) to understand market needs and translate them into product features.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping products used by real people.
- Experience in 0-to-1 product development, defining problems and solutions.
- Ability to think from first principles and question established norms.
- Experience working with LLMs, agents, or applied AI in production, or the ability to lead a team that does.
- Comfort with taking calculated risks and making decisions under uncertainty.
- Ability to set strategy and manage detailed execution (prototypes, specs, prompts, data, metrics).
- Ability to attract and inspire talent.
- High velocity in work and clear communication.
- Experience in fintech, marketplaces, Agentic Applications, and AI Research and R&D space is a plus.
- Founder or early-stage operator experience is a plus.
- Technical background or ability to engage deeply with engineers on agent architecture is a plus.
- A portfolio of products, prototypes, or experiments is a plus.
