About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for driving the launch activities for the Company's Innovative assets in Australia, primarily focusing on sales calls with medical oncologists and healthcare professionals, and supporting marketing program implementation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the Company’s products.
- Meet coverage and frequency targets with oncologists, oncology nurses, and oncology pharmacies.
- Implement educational initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs) on managing patients on Company’s products.
- Present the Company’s products clearly, understandably, and professionally.
- Provide assistance in promotional activities such as trade shows, product presentations, and sales calls.
- Achieve management-defined KPIs for efficient and proactive account management.
- Drive formulary submissions and ensure products are listed on hospital and state formularies.
- Report regularly on competitive insights and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update the Company CRM and database according to the Company Performance Matrix.
- Execute comprehensive brand strategies and launch plans aligned with brand, portfolio, and business objectives.
- Lead the implementation for brand plans, including pre-launch/launch activities, market preparation, launch execution, and post-launch scale-up.
- Develop robust marketing insights for the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders across Top 10 countries.
- Manage promotional budgets to optimize channel mix strategies for all marketing initiatives and cross-functional campaigns.
- Manage key opinion leaders and HCPs engagements effectively in collaboration with medical.
- Ensure flawless execution of brand initiatives through extensive cross-functional collaboration.
- Achieve KPIs and drive effectiveness of launch initiatives and track brand performance against launch goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology sales.
- Strong selling skills coupled with strong analytical and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and sound knowledge of protocols.
- Ability to travel frequently as per requirements of the role.
- Ability to think strategically and be entrepreneurial.
- Marketing/Brand Management experience is preferable.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and cross-functional skills.
- Hands-on proactive approach and accountability.
- Experience to work in and lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Proven experience in implementing integrated brand plans.
