About the Role

We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically fluent Digital Operations Associate to help power performance-driven advertising across our media portfolio. This role blends digital execution, reporting, and AI-enabled campaign strategy, ensuring every advertiser campaign activation plan is optimized, accurately deployed, and backed by actionable insights. You will own post-campaign performance reporting, transforming data into clear, client-ready insights, manage advertiser eblast deployments with precision, and support the Sales team by leveraging AI-powered RFP tools, campaign-building platforms, and intelligent agents.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end build of post-campaign performance reports using Pressboard.
  • Ensure all reporting integrations and data feeds are properly configured and functioning.
  • Monitor report accuracy, formatting, and delivery timelines.
  • Work with internal teams to troubleshoot reporting issues as they arise.
  • Customize reports as needed based on client or sales requirements.
  • Maintain best practices and documentation for Pressboard workflows.
  • Build and deploy advertiser eblast campaigns using Sailthru.
  • Coordinate with the PMO via ClickUp to obtain creative assets and campaign details.
  • QA all emails to ensure accuracy, rendering quality, and brand standards and ensure all deployments are compliant with CASL requirements.
  • Schedule and launch email campaigns according to approved timelines.
  • Support audience segmentation and custom list building.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations and Digital teams during high-volume periods to ensure campaigns are accurately built, trafficked, and optimized.
  • Assist with trafficking or execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn when required.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Assist in supporting data clean room matches and audience activation initiatives in partnership with sales and ad operations.
  • Coordinate internal processes tied to clean room data collaboration, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Help translate data match insights into actionable sales narratives and activation opportunities.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for data-driven products and new monetization initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital operations roles preferred (e.g., Marketing Ops, Ad Ops, Sales Ops).
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Sailthru or similar.
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting tools such as Pressboard or equivalent platforms is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ad Manager and major paid social platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in project management tools such as ClickUp or similar.
