About the Role

This role is within the Contract Management Department, responsible for customer and vendor contracts related to Solutions and Services CSMS. The team operates as a specialized unit handling contracts for both entities, reporting directly to the President of the Japan local organization. Key stakeholders include Sales, Project Management, Legal, Finance, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, purchase orders, etc., with clients, vendors, data providers, and other third parties.
• Reviewing and deciding on the acceptance of amendment requests from counterparties for contract documents.
• Tracking order placement and acceptance procedures until contract finalization.
• Preparing documents necessary for various registrations.
• Liaising with external specialists (including the IQVIA Group) as a point of contact for consultations with lawyers, patent attorneys, etc., from various internal departments.
• Handling all other contract-related tasks.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of practical experience in corporate legal affairs or contract-related work.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Smooth communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic operational skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work approximately 30 hours of overtime per month during busy periods (about 2-3 hours per day).
