About the Role

The Product Implementation & Integration Specialist will work within the Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team, ensuring seamless adoption of Dow Jones products by technical and business users. This role involves implementing Dow Jones Products from pre-sales support through to live handover, developing tailored compliance processes, and delivering client implementations on time and within budget. You will lead activities across the full client delivery lifecycle, including developing Functional Specifications, project management, and ongoing client change management.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure Dow Jones is delivering the best solutions for Risk and Compliance.
  • Support pre-sales activity for Dow Jones SaaS Products and Risk Feeds & APIs by answering technical and functional questions.
  • Act as the implementation lead for Dow Jones Risk Products customers and oversee day-to-day management of implementations.
  • Drive implementation of Dow Jones Risk Products by tracking activity in Project Management systems and resolving problems.
  • Manage key project deliverables including Functional Specifications, UAT, user training, project management activities, and ongoing change management.
  • Understand customer and industry demand to provide feedback for functional development of the Dow Jones Product suite.
  • Support the successful integration of content into partners and customers platforms, providing guidance on API and Feeds.
  • Ensure integration success by validating customer builds and providing sign-off for live support readiness.
  • Assist in the handover of live clients to Dow Jones account teams, providing necessary information for seamless knowledge transfer and customer support.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in a project management or similar role.
  • Knowledge of data feeds and APIs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing Third Party Risk Management software is strongly preferred.
  • German or French language skills are strongly desired.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work in a global team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills for customers' and partners’ issues while consistently providing high levels of customer service.
  • Extensive interpersonal & planning skills and cross-group coordination at all levels.
  • Interest and aptitude to learn new technical systems and applications.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Keen to follow a large set of procedural guidelines to a very high accuracy level and adjust to changes when required.
  • Ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time.
