About the Role
Join the Big Mamma kitchen team as a Pizza Chef, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch in our pizzeria section. This role involves maintaining health and safety standards, collaborating with teammates, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, from preparing the dough to the final finishing touches.
- Respect health & safety standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation.
- Work hand-in-hand with teammates during busy services.
- Bring positive energy and a problem-solving mindset.
- Help create the best moment of our guests’ day.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Pizzaiolo, ideally working with authentic Neapolitan pizza.
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
