Responsibilities
- Update Excel sheets and internal databases
- Support admin processes and business development
- Help improve workflows and internal tools
- Assist in client negotiations and team communication
- Community-building on Facebook for candidates
- Screen candidates
- Support recruiters
- Answer emails via the shared inbox
- Update internal documents, PDFs, and onboarding materials
Requirements
- Fluent in English (B2+) and one other EU language
- Skilled with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
- Active on social media privately
- A friendly and positive team player
- Proactive, eager to learn, and highly motivated
- Passionate about admin work and business development
- Results-driven and creative
- Excellent listening and communication skills
