About the Role
Zinc Network seeks a Russian-speaking Social Content Producer with UK Security Clearance to create impactful visual concepts for global campaigns on critical social issues. This versatile role requires a creative thinker who can independently research topics, write copy, and produce high-quality video and static social media content from start to finish, while staying knowledgeable about emerging trends.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly digesting content briefs.
- Conducting independent research on project topics and content formats.
- Pitching in on creative campaign brainstorms with internal project teams.
- Generating innovative social content ideas and pitching them internally and externally.
- Working collaboratively across creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure effective content messaging.
- Designing and producing captivating video and static social content using software such as Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and Aftereffects.
- Optimizing content before distribution, considering aspect ratios, design safe-zones, and accessibility requirements.
- Writing punchy social content captions including hashtags.
- Actively reviewing performance reports to learn and improve engagement through design.
Requirements
- Must have UK Security Clearance.
- Russian language skills.
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Content Producer or similar role.
- Proficient in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent creative copywriting skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely for different online audiences.
- Confident user of video editing software including Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro (Premiere preferred) as well as generative AI tools.
- Previous experience of scripting/storyboarding, designing and animation preferred.
- Previous experience working in a news/documentary environment preferred.
- Experience working in or creating content for audiences in Eastern Europe.
