About the Role

Reporting to the AI Domain Lead, you will deliver high-priority initiatives across Retail Banking Services (RBS). You will be responsible for cutting-edge initiatives in Agentic AI, GenAI, and broader AI to deliver world-class capabilities and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the expansion and adoption of Generative AI solutions across RBS.
• Design and implement advanced GenAI capabilities and agentic AI systems.
• Lead the overhaul of machine learning models to drive strategic business outcomes.
• Identify AI opportunities and embed methodologies across the banking landscape.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to pioneer the adoption of cutting-edge AI and GenAI capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in GenAI, chatbot development, and LLMs.
• Strong foundation in statistics and probability with the ability to interpret models.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML model development.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
