About the Role
The Services Partner Consultant is responsible for managing regional partners, ensuring alignment with sales and regional managers, and vetting partners for cultural fit. The role involves developing a partner strategy for future growth and providing leadership and guidance to partners executing Professional Services.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains Professional Services Partner relationships.
- Focuses on Australian and New Zealand partner support, with potential for International partner support.
- Collaborates with regional business teams and practice management to develop partner-led services offerings.
- Supports internal stakeholders with partner quotes and in-region requests to ensure qualified partners are utilized for services engagements.
- Participates in and aligns with the partner team, following and improving established processes.
- Participates in partner issue escalation and deactivation.
- Works with the practice team to ensure technical vetting of partners.
- Supports and evangelizes the partner program in their region.
- Assists in SOW contract financial negotiations pre and post sales.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field.
- Work experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment in a management capacity.
Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills
