About the Role

We are seeking a leader to drive analytic projects, innovate through technology, and set high standards for model development within our data science team.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic projects and share results
• Conduct code reviews and provide final approval for models
• Evaluate and create new frameworks, methodologies, and governance
• Manage and lead small-to-medium sized teams directly or indirectly
• Set high standards for model development

Requirements

• Expertise in large language models including prompting, fine-tuning, and adaptation
• Experience with advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) including hybrid search and ranking optimization
• Knowledge of embedding strategies and semantic search systems
• Experience with knowledge graph integration and graph-enhanced intelligence
• Proficiency in agentic AI architecture, multi-step reasoning, and autonomous agent orchestration
• Experience with GenAI evaluation science including offline metrics and human-in-the-loop systems
• Knowledge of cost-performance optimization and AI observability in production
• Understanding of data governance and compliance-aware system design
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
• Proven problem-solving and collaborative leadership abilities
• Experience mentoring or training others as a subject matter expert
• Management experience leading teams directly or indirectly
• Significant experience in a Data Scientist role
• Experience leading complex projects and managing customer relationships
