About the Role

Supports platform or functional senior leaders and their teams by providing HR guidance on talent strategy, change management, workforce planning, employee engagement, compensation, talent management, and organizational design. Applies extensive knowledge to perform complex assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business to establish a strong relationship as a trusted advisor.
  • Translate HR strategy into action through analysis, design, and implementation of initiatives.
  • Provide advice, coaching, and support to senior leaders on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, talent & development, compensation, and HR policies.
  • Lead HR programs, projects, and initiatives with the business and Global Markets HRBP team.
  • Serve as a liaison between Business, Global HR, HRSC, and COEs to ensure consistent and compliant HR support.
  • Work with HR Coordinator, COEs, and/or HRSC on HR administration, including employee queries, exit interviews, reporting, and position evaluation.
  • Streamline, automate, and improve HR processes through technology, reengineering, and quality improvements.
  • Foster innovative ideas to solve HR opportunities using a data-driven approach.
  • Directly support Global Markets Operating Committee members in talent management and business organization strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional HRBP and/or COE experience.
  • Strong understanding of US employment framework and working practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex initiatives clearly and concisely.
  • Effective relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior successful experience working in a fast-paced and agile, team environment.
  • Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
  • Ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teaming skills.
  • Must maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
