About the Role

Lead and mentor a team of consultants, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, and build strong client relationships by understanding their technology challenges and delivering customized solutions. Assist in overseeing the financial performance of the division, adhering to budgets, and ensuring profitability.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in consulting.
Proven experience: Strong experience in consulting with a record of successful projects.
Proficiencies: Solid understanding of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology.
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
