About the Role

The International Senior Director, Strategy & Growth is a high-impact position tasked with accelerating Silvus’ international expansion by combining analytical rigor with operational execution to scale a high-growth technology organization. This role will unify regional Business Development and Strategy teams under a singular global vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the "International Expansion Roadmap," identifying high-priority markets.
• Influence the Market-to-Engineering Loop by acting as the voice of the international customer and translating operational requirements into actionable inputs for product/engineering teams.
• Influence product roadmap prioritization to ensure it reflects lucrative international demand signals.
• Conduct "outside-in" analysis to identify growth opportunities in the broader defense domain and evaluate potential buy/build/partner strategies.
• Provide unified leadership to regional Strategy and Business Development Directors.
• Foster a culture of technical agility and "startup-like" execution while integrating with a global corporation.
• Standardize the global sales and strategy process for consistent messaging of waveform advantages.
• Develop and apply a framework to international operations to diagnose market friction, build growth models, and pressure-test expansion hypotheses.
• Serve as the primary lead for cross-functional initiatives between Silvus and Motorola Solutions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in top-tier management consulting or equivalent strategic planning experience within a global, high-growth tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between abstract market strategy and concrete technical roadmap development.
• Ability to identify growth vectors others miss and persistence to drive opportunities through a matrixed organization.
• Successful implementation of the "Regional Strategy Alignment" framework across all three major global theaters within the first 12 months.
• Formal delivery of three major "Strategic Growth Initiatives" (new products or market segments) to the executive team within the first 12 months.
• Measurable improvement in the translation of market intelligence into product roadmap features within the first 12 months.
