About the Role
Responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day delivery of a defined operational function. Serves as the subject-matter expert, providing guidance and oversight on operational processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet quality, compliance, and efficiency standards. Accountable for outcomes without directly managing staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily functional activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems.
- Maintain up-to-date functional documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor functional KPIs and prepare reports for leadership on performance and risk.
- Lead small to medium process improvement initiatives, including automation or workflow redesign.
- Partner with colleagues in related functions to ensure smooth end-to-end operational delivery.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to stakeholders and support audits or compliance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- May require advanced degree.
- 5+ years of directly related experience.
- Professional certificates may be required for the role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated; self-starter
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary/Compensations
- $85,000.00 - $113,300.00 Annually
