About the Role
Develops and leads marketing strategy for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs aimed at maximizing customer growth, retention, and engagement. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies yield positive return on investment and modifies or optimizes strategies as necessary. Supervises complex support and production marketing teams. Uses segment-specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing programs and/or products in collaboration with agencies, product, sales, and technical teams. Activates vendor relationships for the benefit of the Company and our brand. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address agility, resource, and operational challenges. Provides marketing material support for alternative marketing channels such as tradeshows, seminars, and industry sponsorships. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure all marketing programs comply with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a primary administrator and power user for marketing technology platforms, including email marketing and marketing automation tools, sales enablement platforms, CRM, and related integrations.
- Configures, manages, and optimizes workflows, templates, user access, and data structures to ensure reliable execution and a consistent user experience.
- Oversees sales enablement platforms to keep content organized, current, and easily accessible, supporting content tagging, versioning, and usage tracking to drive adoption and effectiveness.
- Tracks and reports on marketing program performance across channels, analyzing engagement metrics to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights that improve outcomes.
- Strengthens alignment and feedback loops in partnership with the marketing automation manager and cross-functional sales, marketing, and enablement teams to continuously enhance marketing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results.
- Systems-oriented marketer who thrives in platforms like Seismic and Salesforce.
- Enjoys building and optimizing workflows.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally in a complex, regulated environment.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
- Ability to delegate and successfully manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget.
