About the Role
Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise. Meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T's suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options.
- Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Provide personalized sales expertise to customers.
- Meet sales targets and earn commission.
- Stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No sales experience is required; training and coaching will be provided.
- Must be in good standing at time of payout for sign-on bonus.
- Sign-on bonus is not applicable to internal employees.
- Eligibility for sign-on bonus requires being in good standing at time of payout.
- Sign-on bonus applies to all job offers made from 01/01/2026-12/31/2026.

Salary/Compensations
- $21.7125 - $25.6125 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions
- Average of $30,725 per year in total compensation for 20-24 hours per week
