About the Role

Ideal Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the marketing calendar and align cross-functional partners on a common strategy to drive new revenue and launch new products for the AirDoctor brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in content strategy and organize/distribute marketing assets with cross-functional partners.
• Write structured meeting notes and follow up with stakeholders with a summary.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution and consistency of marketing across all channels.
• Maintain brand asset organization.
• Oversee project implementation within PMS (Asana) across all cross-functional teams.
• Create, route, and manage creative briefs, tasks, and projects, meeting project objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience preferred, ideally in health & wellness or consumer/household.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Copywriting skills.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills.
• Must be "hands-on" and get involved with the details.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• High-energy, positive attitude; infectiously optimistic and resilient.
