About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help maintain our commercial and residential properties. This role is for a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in high-quality work and has strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Repair drywall, patch surfaces, and apply paint (interior and exterior)
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete fixture replacements
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance across multiple properties
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repair calls
- Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Accurately document maintenance work and service records
- Work with property managers, vendors, and contractors to complete projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial and residential maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and painting
- Able to troubleshoot issues and work independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. and performing physical tasks throughout the day
