About the Role

The Clinical Field Specialist, CT role is crucial for optimizing customer imaging programs and workflows through expert training and relationship building with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the customer lifecycle and ensure the coronary CT program is optimized for customer success.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to quality acceptance rates during customer onboarding.
  • Ensure continuous implementation of necessary changes by customers to optimize Heartflow product usage.
  • Conduct virtual and/or live training for technologists using various methods, including product demonstrations and group sessions.
  • Establish credibility and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, CT volume, engagement logs, and training records in Heartflow systems.
  • Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions regarding Heartflow analysis across multiple products.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest CT and Workstation technology innovations, training delivery methodologies, and training materials.
  • Develop and execute plans to proactively optimize customer performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in clinical and cardiac CT.
  • Ability to express a deep understanding of Heartflow’s technology and products.
  • Passion for delivering the highest level of customer support.
  • Must have active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certified in Radiology.

  • Expert knowledge of cardiac CT.

Salary/Compensations

  • $100,000-140,000 per year
  • Eligible for discretionary commission-based earnings.
