About the Role

Seeking a business-oriented AI and automation leader to identify, prioritize, design, and implement workflow improvements that reduce seller administrative burden, improve internal process efficiency, and increase customer-facing time. This role translates business needs into scalable process improvements, low-code automations, agent-assisted workflows, and adoption plans across sales and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify repetitive, rules-based, high-friction work that can be simplified, automated, or shifted out of seller workflows.
  • Translate business pain points into process maps, workflow logic, requirements, and prioritized automation opportunities.
  • Prototype and implement solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams.
  • Partner with Salesforce, IT, and architecture teams when workflows require CRM integration or broader system connectivity.
  • Pilot solutions with small cohorts, collect feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Define metrics and track business impact for workflow changes.
  • Support adoption through training, documentation, and enablement.
  • Document guardrails, risks, and readiness criteria so solutions are scalable and sustainable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related STEM courses
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, workflow design, operations, or automation.
  • Strong process mapping and requirements translation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools
  • Strong comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and workflow design.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to move quickly, pilot solutions, and improve through feedback.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
