About the Role

Manages the implementation and delivery of a range of risk services within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive effective risk management by implementing frameworks and strategies across assigned commissions, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
  • Support project delivery through risk workshops, quantitative risk analysis, and clear reporting that informs decision-making and strengthens project outcomes.
  • Build trusted client relationships by providing expert advice, transparent communication, and assurance on risk processes and contingency adequacy.
  • Enable team performance by coaching, developing, and supporting colleagues, fostering collaboration and integration with PMO and planning disciplines.
  • Ensure accountability by monitoring risk action plans, assigning ownership, and maintaining compliance with Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and legislation.
  • Champion sustainability by actively contributing to the net zero carbon transition, embedding carbon reduction into risk management and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering risk management frameworks on complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and reporting software.
  • Effective communicator with presentation and client engagement skills.
  • Relevant degree with progress toward chartered status or professional membership.
