About the Role

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the tender/bid process, from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
- Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations to your team.
- Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims.
- Support project management and decision-making through cost documentation and timely communication.
Requirements
- Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
- Experience in corporate interior fit-out construction projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for short periods to meet with clients, partners, and team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients.
