About the Role
Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, driving account success and long-term partnerships. Manage client relationships, lead contract negotiations, develop and deliver accurate quotes, provide technical guidance, and coordinate resources to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering responsive, tailored HVAC solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base, and support contract renewals.
- Prepare and present accurate, competitive quotes and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Provide up-to-date technical guidance on HVAC systems and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
- Prepare reports, billing, and required documentation in accordance with contract terms, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor account performance, including customer retention, financial results, and pull-through work, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, including sales activity, communications, and project details.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in the HVAC industry, including the ability to quote repairs and replacements.
- Prior field technician experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support clients, coordinate teams, and manage vendors across multiple markets.

Experience Level
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
