About the Role
This role leads the development of two deeply connected product areas: our new Premium Membership program for coaches, and our Coaching Software products. You will report directly to the CEO and COO, working closely with leaders across product, engineering, design, marketing, coaching, customer experience, sales, and AI. You'll have wide latitude to decide how these products are built, with strategic direction clear and key product decisions finalized in partnership with you and the CEO/COO. Your role involves bringing exceptional product judgment to turn strategy into reality, focusing on what to build first, simplification, scope, user experience, and continuous improvement based on customer learning.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the Premium Membership program and Coaching Software products, shaping, sequencing, and pressure-testing the roadmap.
- Recommend what comes first, what comes later, what can be simplified, and what should not be built yet.
- Turn product vision, customer research, and existing requirements into clear, development-ready work.
- Write and refine product briefs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmap rationale, release plans, and internal communication.
- Work closely with the internal development team to clarify scope, manage dependencies, resolve ambiguity, and keep development moving.
- Lead the product development of PN’s new Premium Membership program for coaches, ensuring it becomes an ongoing product experience.
- Lead the product development of PN’s Coaching Software product, focusing on making coaching easier, more effective, scalable, and valuable.
- Own product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, feature adoption, coach usage, client usage, satisfaction, and product-led indicators of customer success.
- Build product experiences that create the behaviors and outcomes supporting recurring revenue, retention, and long-term customer value.
- Help product, engineering, design, marketing, coaching, customer experience, sales, AI leaders, the CEO, and the COO stay aligned around the same product direction.
- Create clarity around what is being built, why, what is not being built yet, what success looks like, and how each release supports the larger strategy.
- Develop a focused roadmap for Premium Membership and Coaching Software balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact within the first 3-6 months.
- Translate existing strategy, research, and requirements into a practical development plan within the first 3-6 months.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship the first high-impact product experiences within the first 3-6 months.
- Establish product metrics and feedback loops to learn what is working and what needs improvement within the first 3-6 months.
- Create alignment across product, coaching, marketing, customer experience, and leadership around priorities and tradeoffs within the first 3-6 months.

- Demonstrated ability to turn product vision, customer research, features, and requirements into a focused roadmap and development plan.
- Experience working directly with internal engineering teams to ship product improvements, features, and user experiences.
- Strong product judgment around sequencing, prioritization, tradeoffs, scope, and user value.
- Experience owning product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, feature adoption, usage, satisfaction, or customer success indicators.
- Strong written communication, including product briefs, requirements, roadmap rationale, user stories, and internal alignment documents.
- Daily, meaningful fluency with AI tools as part of your product workflow.
