About the Role
The Sales Operations team is seeking a proactive, analytical, and resourceful Advisor to support business development professionals across EDC’s regional offices. This role acts as a strategic partner to frontline teams by translating business priorities into operational plans, scalable solutions, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality operational support to frontline teams, ensuring timely completion of sales activities and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Manage and prioritize work across shared intake channels (e.g., ServiceNow) in support of national work-sharing objectives
- Execute transaction-related processes, including onboarding, due diligence, and CRM data updates
- Champion data governance best practices to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and usability of sales data across the organization
- Maintain CRM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance
- Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Lead or support the implementation and continuous improvement of sales initiatives, tools, processes, and operating models
- Identify process gaps and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects aligned with organizational priorities
- Support territory design, and coverage models to optimize sales effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, anticipate needs, and coordinate timely follow-up in support of business objectives
- Design and deliver Sales Operations training, onboarding resources, and job aids to enable consistent adoption of tools, processes, and best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Senior Associates to support skill development and knowledge sharing
- Promote a collaborative team environment and a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field
- Bilingualism in both official languages (French and English)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external partners
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing data with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience in financial services, commercial lending, or a similar environment
- Experience using ServiceNow CSM and/or Salesforce CRM

Salary/Compensations
- Salaries typically range from $84,698 to $112,931 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.
