About the Role

The purpose of this role is to help build, maintain, and innovate the brand experience through digital mediums, with a specific focus on performance mediums that drive engagement and conversion. You will work to elevate the visual tone, appearance, functionality, and overall aesthetic of ecommerce, performance, and CRM channels, ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage, drive, and input digital best practices and innovative digital solutions for Saje’s digital experiences.
• Create high-quality assets including website components, customer emails, and paid ads representative of brand campaigns or evergreen programs.
• Ensure a consistent, unified brand experience across mediums and channels: eCommerce, paid, and email.
• Forge strong cross-functional relationships for a thorough understanding of asset requirements.
• Prepare internal presentations to pitch concepts and designs, solicit feedback, build stakeholder consensus, and secure Digital/Creative/Marketing approval.
• Accountable for deliverable presentation quality and accuracy, including spell checks.
• Push design boundaries by adding an element of play and innovation when working on mood boards and ideating with colleagues.
• Elevate Saje’s aesthetic in typography, communication, and layout design.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
• Demonstrate confidence in problem-solving, speaking up, and engaging as an active member of the Digital team.
• Possess a deep understanding of how to drive performance through best practices and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with peers to share learnings and experience.
• Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, creative leaders, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within performance channels, either in-agency or brand-side, ideally around 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience working in brand platforms; creative digital designer who understands both brand and tech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative capabilities and effectiveness within Ecomm, CRM, and performance channels.
• Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing.
• Proven capability designing to a north star within flexible design systems and digital applications.
• Fluent in innovation, trends, and high design regarding brand application through digital channels.
• Knowledge of Figma and Adobe CS Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Understanding of new digital trends and tech innovations to create and produce work more efficiently.
• Solution-oriented, positive, and curious attitude.
• Experience working on a beauty, retail, CPG, health, or wellness brand is ideal.
