About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide variety of analytical tasks including gathering data, creating data models, developing BI reporting, working with business partners on analytical projects, providing in-depth analysis, and updating stakeholders. This role will support the company's highest priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical analysis to support business decision making across claims, sales, and other business lines.
• Work with data engineers to develop ETL processes to centralize data from different systems.
• Build enterprise-wide reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Develop scalable infrastructure to distribute reports to external facing clients.

Requirements

• B.S. in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or equivalent.
• M.S. in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
• AI experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
