About the Role
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling the payroll platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core payroll features.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features for the payroll system
- Build and scale back-end services and APIs
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to define and ship feature specifications
- Participate in code reviews
- Write and test high-quality, maintainable code
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building web applications
- Experience with at least one of: PHP, Python, Ruby, Go, C/C++, or C#
- Experience with JavaScript, including ES6, Webpack, Angular, React JS, or React Native
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Solid understanding of computer science concepts such as data structures, design patterns, and algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to write testable and maintainable code
- Proven track record of building and maintaining highly scalable products
