About the Role
The People Experience Intern will assist in creating an engaging and meaningful team member experience, supporting the Co‑op’s People Experience team. This role reports to the PX Business Partner and partners closely with the People Experience Vice President and the People Experience Operations Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Support the accurate and timely execution of core team member lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, document collection, and routine administrative tasks.
- Assist in executing key people programs and lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- Support maintaining accurate team member data through system updates, audits, and reporting support.
- Contribute to data integrity and efficient PX operations by supporting system administration and documentation.
- Support the execution of talent and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, onboarding schedules, learning materials, internal workshops, recognition programs, and career development logistics.
- Assist in engagement initiatives, events, and feedback efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve PX processes, documentation, and overall team member experience.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License and submit to MVR checks upon hire and annually thereafter.
- Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and self-report any infractions that may affect driving eligibility.
- Students must be enrolled at an accredited university in Texas with a minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, follow creative direction, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours with variable schedules from week to week that may include days, evenings, weekends, and 3 of the 6 UT home gamedays.
