About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive professional with a passion for driving dealer operational efficiency, enhancing customer service relationships, and optimizing workshop performance to help automotive dealers reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop action plans with dealer service, sales, and marketing managers to increase commercial vehicle business and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide specific dealer initiatives and report to project management.
  • Ensure each commercial vehicle dealer has optimal workshop capacity to serve the growing local commercial vehicle fleet and support dealers with capacity expansion.
  • Increase vehicle visits and revenue per visit.
  • Implement and ensure the success of centrally developed commercial vehicle programs; advise, train, and coach dealers.
  • Participate in regular meetings, report on best practices, and create presentations for business reviews, workshops, and similar events.
  • Ensure CV KPIs are implemented across all Transit Center dealers and a regular reporting process is in place to monitor progress.
  • Support the CV 'Uptime Management System' with a focus on reducing repair times for commercial vehicle customers.
  • Support dealers with capacity programs such as Mobile Service, Express Service, and replacement vehicles.
  • Improve the handover process from commercial vehicle sales to service.
  • Perform additional operational tasks to support the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive dealership aftersales management; commercial vehicle experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in business improvement, analysis, action planning, and implementation.
  • Strong results-oriented approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under strict deadlines.
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient PC skills, especially MS Office.
  • Driver's license is mandatory.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
