About the Role

The Contract Paralegal will streamline the Firm's legal procurement process for U.K. suppliers and perform contract initiation and management services. This role requires an independent professional to manage the lifecycle of U.K. supplier contracts, reporting to In-house Legal Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, and interacting with various Business Professional functions. The role involves implementing and maintaining a contract management system and managing supply chain contracts in the U.K.

Responsibilities

Liaise with internal teams to promote the legal procurement process and use of the contract management system (High Q).
Assist with onboarding new third-party suppliers, including reviewing questionnaires and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with Information Security and Data Privacy teams to ensure supplier compliance with data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with the legal team, Business Professional representatives, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines for contract implementation, renewal, and termination.
Provide practical advice on the operational aspects of the legal procurement process.
