About the Role
Metyis is a fast-growing company seeking a Strategy and Execution Manager to shape the business from marketing to client development and recruitment. Associates gain significant client exposure, lead meetings, and work on final deliverables, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit with direct interaction across all company levels.
Responsibilities
- Direct responsibility of one or more workstreams or projects, identifying, assessing, and evaluating project ideas.
- Prepare communication for senior executives on projects, including workshops and presentations.
- Manage client relationships.
- Lead and drive projects.
- Guide junior colleagues and assist them with their work.
- Travel based on project requirements.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in management consulting or similar background.
- Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic results.
- Strong team player who is passionate, reliable, and result-oriented.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to think analytically, break down problems, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research.
- Fluency in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
