About the Role
As a Project Manager within the Business Enablement portfolio, you will support initiatives across Sales, Product & Partnerships, and Operations. You will lead enterprise projects that involve technical components and require coordination between business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of project deliverables.
- Apply project governance practices, including charters, plans, risk and issue management, financial tracking, and procurement.
- Foster a high-performance team environment and mentor junior project managers.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to maintain project progress.
- Provide regular project reporting, including status updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into project practices.
- Ensure effective project closure, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing projects with technical components.
- PMP Certification.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across full lifecycle phases.
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies.
- Experience in process improvement and business consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on project outcomes.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills with experience communicating project status and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative, energetic, and self-motivated team player.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Experience in the payments industry is considered an asset.
