About the Role

Join a small, purpose-driven team dedicated to creating a fair and sustainable world of work. We are INES Analytics, a passionate software startup based in Berlin, focused on making social sustainability measurable and helping companies establish fair working conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire online presence independently, strategically, and with creative freedom.
• Develop and maintain organic visibility through SEO and manage paid campaigns via SEA.
• Enhance website content, structure, and user experience.
• Build and manage the LinkedIn community, including content planning and editing.
• Create regular content for newsletters and blogs on topics like Pay Equity, HR, and Compliance.
• Collaborate with the CRO to develop and implement a coherent online marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in SEO/SEA and Content Marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Excellent writing skills in German and English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Understanding of B2B communication, preferably in the HR or SaaS sector.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Knowledge of or interest in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is advantageous.
