About the Role
This role involves supporting and growing advanced engineering solutions by working closely with Sales Engineers to implement cutting-edge technologies. It requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Cordless DC tools, providing in-depth technical knowledge and support.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients with technical issues and ensuring satisfaction throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners to drive project success.
- Program and troubleshoot various automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, Servo Drives, Vision Inspection Systems, Industrial Robots, and AR Devices.
- Lead the on-site implementation of advanced solutions at customer facilities.
- Conduct technical training for Sales Engineers and clients on new technologies and system integrations.
- Support proposal and sales efforts by assisting with solution scoping, hardware/software costing, and training plans.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer or something similar.
- A problem-solver who enjoys working with emerging technologies.
